Job Description:

A well-established, award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to be part of a dynamic and supportive team delivering a wide range of projects across various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Independently manage local commissions and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare cost plans, tender documentation, and manage procurement processes
Administer post-contract services including valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts
Chair project meetings and provide cost advice to clients and design teams
Coach and support junior team members
Ensure all documentation complies with internal QA procedures and RICS guidance

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Chartered (MRICS) or significant relevant experience
Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of construction
Confident managing projects independently from inception to completion
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
