Job Description:

An award-winning, global Construction & Property Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Oxford office. This is an opportunity to lead high-value projects across multiple sectors and grow with a fast-growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead high-value projects across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotels, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential
  • Deliver projects for prestigious clients
  • Manage junior team members
  • Take lead on client relationships

Requirements:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS or close to achieving
  • Excellent pre and post contract experience
  • A successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week
