Job Description:

An ambitious, independent construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Cambridge. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead high-value projects across the commercial, industrial, fit-out and refurbishment sectors – all while shaping the future of a thriving regional office. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a consultancy run by surveyors, for surveyors – meaning no red tape, no boring frameworks, just complex, exciting work with real responsibility from day one.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on major schemes including warehouse new builds, CAT A & B office fit-outs and large-scale refurbishments
Manage projects from feasibility through to final account
Mentor junior staff
Build strong, lasting client relationships

Requirements:

MRICS is a must
Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Solid Pre and Post Contract Experience
Commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills
Track record of delivering projects across real estate sectors
