A growing, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a lead role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the preparation of cost plans, tender documentation and procurement strategies
Managing the tender process and contractor appointment
Overseeing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Advising on contract administration and financial control
Working closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
MRICS status preferred or working towards chartership
2 years + experience
Proven experience in a UK consultancy or multidisciplinary setting
Strong understanding of cost management and contract procedures
Sector knowledge in areas such as residential, education or commercial
Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
