Job Description:

A dynamic, dual-disciplinary consultancy in Brighton is seeking a reliable and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor from a construction cost consultancy background. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead projects, work with long-standing clients, and mentor junior team members in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering full pre and post contract services
Reporting directly to Partners
Mentoring junior team members
Leading fast-paced leisure, hospitality, and commercial schemes throughout the South East
Taking ownership of key clients and impactful projects

Requirements:

Completed a RICS-accredited Quantity Surveying degree
Ideally MRICS (not essential)
Strong UK consultancy / cost management background
Experience delivering built environment projects
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Able to commute to Brighton

Nice to have:

Ideally MRICS (not essential)
