Job Description:

An award-winning, design-led Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is looking for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Sevenoaks office. Known for delivering exceptional results across prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, and local authority sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead standout projects from inception to completion
  • Support and mentor APC candidates, sharing knowledge and developing future talent
  • Influence team culture, delivery standards, and client relationships
  • Gain exposure across a wide range of sectors with high levels of autonomy

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally
  • Successful track record delivering projects from start to finish
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
