Job Description:

An energetic and fast-growing Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within a friendly, sociable team of 35 professionals, including 24 Quantity Surveyors. You will deliver full pre and post-contract services across a range of commercial, healthcare, and leisure projects – from gym and office fit-outs to complex private medical refurbishments.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver full pre and post-contract services across a range of commercial, healthcare, and leisure projects
Manage multiple projects from inception to completion
Work closely with clients
Lead project teams
Support the development of junior staff

Requirements:

MRICS
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Pre and post contract experience
A successful track record of running projects to completion
