Job Description:

A thriving, dynamic Property Consultancy with a talented Quantity Surveying team is actively seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor, with aspirations to become Associate, to join their growing Gloucester office.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging in a variety of projects, the role offers exposure to sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Residential and Infrastructure, allowing for a rich & diverse professional experience.

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion & the ability to come in and hit the ground running
