Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, medium-sized national construction consultancy in London. You’ll take the reins on a variety of high-profile private sector residential schemes, including apartments, Build-to-Rent, Speculative Sale & High-Rise projects with project values ranging from £10m to £80m. In addition to their impressive residential portfolio, the team is also working on a unique set of concert and event venue refurbishments for a globally recognised entertainment client.

Job Responsibility:

Take the reins on a variety of high-profile private sector residential schemes
Work on a diverse mix of projects
Progress toward Associate level and beyond

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Degree qualified
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Employers Agent & Residential Sector experience
