Job Description:

A growing and well-respected cost consultancy with a strong team culture and supportive leadership is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Fitzrovia office. This is the ideal opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step towards Associate level, within a close-knit team that values professionalism, trust, and flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

Delivery of pre and post-contract services
Lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Manage junior surveyors / move into an Associate role long term

Requirements:

MRICS is a MUST
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Strong pre and post contract experience
Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Previous experience managing junior surveyors / a desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long term
