Job Description:

An innovative and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leading role within a progressive firm that champions flexibility, autonomy, and a modern approach to Quantity Surveying.

Job Responsibility:

Work across a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial schemes
Involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning through to final account
Managing projects, liaising directly with clients, and delivering a high standard of service with minimal supervision

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
Chartered (MRICS) or working towards
Strong pre and post contract experience
Proven ability to run projects independently
Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
Confident working remotely and managing own workload
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
