Job Description:

An innovative and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leading role within a progressive firm that champions flexibility, autonomy, and a modern approach to Quantity Surveying.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial schemes
  • Involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning through to final account
  • Managing projects, liaising directly with clients, and delivering a high standard of service with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
  • Chartered (MRICS) or working towards
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Proven ability to run projects independently
  • Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
  • Confident working remotely and managing own workload
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
