An ambitious, boutique Project Management and Cost Consultancy is on the hunt for a talented and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their flourishing London team! The Senior Quantity Surveyor will thrive in a collaborative, high-performing culture that truly values quality, innovation, and professional growth. Job Responsibility:

  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle – from cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final account negotiations
  • Mentor junior surveyors
  • Shape internal processes
  • Work closely with Directors to drive business development and strengthen key client relationships

Requirements:

  • MRICS or actively working towards
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
  • The desire to manage a small team
  • Luxury / High End project experience
