Job Description:

A respected, international property and construction consultancy is seeking a commercially astute and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. You'll lead a range of complex, high-value projects across sectors such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Social Housing, with growing opportunities in Commercial Offices and Private Residential. This role offers a clear pathway to progression, project delivery responsibilities, and opportunities for professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project delivery
  • Team leadership
  • Client development
  • Leading a range of complex, high-value projects across sectors such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Social Housing
  • Working alongside Associate Directors and Partners

Requirements:

  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
  • Property / Real Estate sector background
  • Excellent pre-and-post-contract experience & a successful track record leading projects
  • Ambition to progress quickly into an Associate role
