A standout opportunity has become available for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected, independent Property & Construction Consultancy at their expanding Leeds office. Known for their hands-on approach and exceptional project delivery, this multi-sector practice partners with some of the UK’s biggest developers and blue-chip clients. Their portfolio includes high-profile schemes across the industrial, commercial, residential, retail, fit-out and refurbishment sectors – offering a dynamic and engaging workload from day one.

Job Responsibility:

Leading projects from inception to completion
Delivering projects across industrial, commercial, or fit out sectors

Requirements:

A relevant construction related degree qualification
MRICS is a must
Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Solid Pre and Post Contract Experience
Commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills
Track record of delivering projects across industrial, commercial, or fit out sectors
