Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role with an internationally recognised, industry-leading Construction & Property Consultancy working on flagship commercial and residential developments including Build to Rent, PBSA, and large mixed-use projects.

Job Responsibility:

Managing high-value projects across commercial and residential sectors
Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Supporting and mentoring Assistant and Graduate Surveyors
Taking a lead role in cost management, reporting, procurement, and contract administration
Playing an active part in business development

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree qualification
Ideally MRICS (or working towards)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Background in Commercial and Residential sectors
Client facing

Nice to have:

MRICS (or working towards)
Background in Commercial and Residential sectors
