Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-calibre projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Blue Light sectors
Leading projects from inception to completion
Shaping workload and workstyle without compromising progression

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
Strong Pre and Post contract experience
Able to come in and hit the ground running, leading projects inception to completion
Working towards or willing to work towards Chartership
Able to commute to Nottingham
