Job Description:

An established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. The role includes delivering pre and post contract services, supporting junior team members, and acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • MRICS is essential
  • Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment
  • Experience delivering both pre and post contract services
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example
  • Sector experience in education, health, commercial or hospitality is advantageous
