A boutique, London-based construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across prime residential, commercial refurbishment, mixed-use, and fit-out sectors within a quality-focused environment. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team delivering design-led and technically interesting projects. This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater ownership and client exposure. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will benefit from working directly with key stakeholders, gaining real influence over project outcomes. Job Responsibility

  • Lead cost planning and budgeting across multiple projects
  • Manage procurement processes and tender analysis
  • Oversee cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contractor
  • Strong background in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects
  • Excellent knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
  • Experience administering JCT contracts
  • RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • MRICS chartered or working towards
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
