Job Description:

A globally recognised, award-winning construction and property consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office to work on landmark projects across the UK and fast-track their career.

Job Responsibility:

Lead major schemes across Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial, and Masterplanning sectors (project values up to £200m+)
Work closely with Partners and board members
Lead complex, high-value projects

Requirements:

A construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
MRICS (or working towards it)
Strong experience leading projects pre- and post-contract
Prior Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
Experience working on projects across Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial, and Masterplanning sectors
