Job Description:

A leading global Commercial Real Estate & Building Consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. The role involves delivering high-profile residential projects, managing delivery responsibilities, and stepping into leadership opportunities with a clear progression pathway.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver prestigious residential projects across London & the South East – from high-rise developments and regeneration to build-to-rent schemes
Manage delivery from day one with client-facing responsibility
Work alongside the Head of Cost Management while gaining exposure to business development and team leadership
Additional sector opportunities include office fit-outs, student accommodation, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Strong Residential sector background
Ambition to progress to an Associate Quantity Surveyor role
Ideally MRICS
