Job Description:

We are looking for two Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a leading engineering contractor delivering major projects across Central London. They’re busy now, with a strong pipeline, hence the need to strengthen. An excellent opportunity to join a well know contractor who take on schemes in the heart of the capital.

Job Responsibility:

Manage/oversee all commercial activities as project lead, reporting into Commercial Director
Prepare and manage valuations, cost reports, and procurement schedules
Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project targets are met
Monitor project budgets, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability

Requirements:

Demonstrable track record as lead QS on projects up to £50m
Proven track record on projects within Central London (tight logistical constraints etc.)
Exp with enabling works, structural alterations, RC works
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and strong negotiation skills
