Job Description:

We are looking for two Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a leading engineering contractor delivering major projects across Central London. They’re busy now, with a strong pipeline, hence the need to strengthen. An excellent opportunity to join a well know contractor who take on schemes in the heart of the capital.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage/oversee all commercial activities as project lead, reporting into Commercial Director
  • Prepare and manage valuations, cost reports, and procurement schedules
  • Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project targets are met
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record as lead QS on projects up to £50m
  • Proven track record on projects within Central London (tight logistical constraints etc.)
  • Exp with enabling works, structural alterations, RC works
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and strong negotiation skills
