Job Description:

An ambitious, rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester office. You will work on high-profile projects worth up to £100m and shape major developments while mentoring a growing team. The role spans Education, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a diverse portfolio spanning Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices
Managing and taking charge of projects from inception to completion
Managing key client relationships
Mentoring others as the team expands

Requirements:

Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Confident running projects independently from inception to completion
Strong Pre and Post contract experience
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
Eager to get involved in managing junior team members as the office grows
