Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Lead the cost management of retail, hotel, education, and industrial projects
• Prepare detailed cost plans, procurement strategies, and contract documentation
• Undertake pre- and post-contract duties including valuations and cost reporting
• Represent the consultancy in client and contractor meetings
• Travel to sites primarily in London and the South East as required
• Support and mentor junior team members as part of a growing Birmingham office

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment
• Ideally MRICS (or equivalent), though not essential – support can be provided
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Based in or near Birmingham
• Must be eligible for DBS and security clearance (no criminal convictions)
• Stable work history with clear evidence of project responsibility
