Job Description:

An established and award-nominated consultancy, with a rich history of delivering high-quality services across both public and private sectors, is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Sidcup.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a wide variety of sectors, including Commercial, Education, Leisure, Residential, Ecclesiastical & Health – from £500k – £30m
  • Taking ownership of projects
  • Contributing to the consultancy’s strategic growth

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Strong consultancy / PQS experience within the UK
  • Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion
  • Strong working knowledge of both pre- and post-contract services
  • MRICS is preferred, or actively working towards
  • Confident client communicator and team leader
