Job Description:

This proactive, boutique consultancy is a recognised leader in the high-end private residential market, delivering some of the most prestigious homes in the capital. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead projects from inception to completion, focusing on luxury residential projects and other varied sectors like boutique hotels and commercial schemes. The role includes client-facing interactions, independent project management, and collaboration with senior team members.

Job Responsibility:

Lead projects from inception to completion
Work across a portfolio of luxury new builds, refurbishments, and extensions
Manage projects in the prime residential, boutique hotel, leisure, and commercial sectors
Take full ownership of your projects
Collaborate with Associates and Directors, gaining mentoring and support.

Requirements:

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Expertise in pre- and post-contract work
A strong interest in high-end residential projects
A professional, client-facing demeanour with independent project management capabilities.
