Job Description:

A globally renowned Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Central London office. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic, award-winning team on high-profile projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Government, Retail, Education, Data Centres, Sport & Leisure, and Healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cost management services from inception to completion on projects ranging from £10m – £100m
Deliver exceptional service, ensuring client objectives are met while managing budgets, risks, and contracts
Take on more responsibility, get involved in team management and business development

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering top-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across all project stages
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple projects
Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a UK construction consultancy
