Job Description:

A respected and expanding Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a confident and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Leicester. This role involves delivering high-quality work across the education, residential, and commercial sectors while managing projects from feasibility to final account.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects through all stages, from feasibility to final account
Working directly with clients and leading project teams across various schemes valued between £1m and £50m
Taking ownership of assigned work
Supporting junior team members
Contributing to the growth of the Leicester office

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Experience leading projects from inception to completion ideally within the education, residential or commercial sectors
Client facing
Local / able to commute to Leicester
