Job Description:

An established architectural consultancy with a highly skilled Quantity Surveying team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that includes Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, and other professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the delivery of Quantity Surveying services on projects ranging from new-build residential developments to refurbishment, fire remediation, and cladding works
  • Take on the role of Employers’ Agent for JCT Design and Build schemes
  • Contribute to legal claim work
  • Provide mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification
  • Experience within the residential market is beneficial
  • Employers’ agent experience would be desirable
  • Previous consultancy experience
