Job Description:

A thriving, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help lead the growth of their expanding Manchester office. You'll manage key projects, build client relationships, and lead and mentor your own team. The pathway to Associate Director is clear, fast, and backed by genuine support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage key projects
  • Build client relationships
  • Lead and mentor your own team
  • Manage projects across a £200k-£300m range

Requirements:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a PQS firm / Consultancy
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
