Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Overseeing cost and commercial management across multiple projects
• leading procurement strategies, including appointing contractors and consultants
• managing tender documentation, analysis, and negotiations
• chairing client and design team meetings
• ensuring projects remain aligned with programme, cost, and quality expectations
• administering contracts, primarily under JCT forms
• acting as Employer's Agent / Contract Administrator where required

• 5+ years experience within a consultancy or client-side environment in the UK
• confident managing procurement processes and delivering projects across multiple sectors
• strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred
• MRICS or working towards considered advantageous
• commercially aware
• client-facing
• capable of leading projects independently
