Job Description:

An innovative and fast-growing construction consultancy is seeking a talented and technically strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in a business that truly values initiative, supports growth, and offers a clear pathway to Associate level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take the lead on a variety of pre and post-contract duties
  • Act as Technical Lead
  • Manage client relationships across a diverse project portfolio
  • Play an important part in team development
  • Contribute to the continued success of the Sidcup office
  • Work across residential refurbishments & new builds, healthcare, bluelight and public buildings, education and mixed-use developments

Requirements:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • 5+ years' experience within a consultancy / PQS practice
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Client facing & capable of leading numerous projects from start to finish
