Job Description:

A dynamic, expanding cost consultancy – known for its family-feel culture and collaborative ethos – is looking for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Fitzrovia office. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, supporting junior surveyors, and working closely within a growing practice with opportunities for progression.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment schemes
Work across sectors including Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences
Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion
Provide both pre and post-contract services
Support junior surveyors and play a managing role

Requirements:

Ideally MRICS or nearing chartership
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
A team-oriented mindset and leadership potential
