Job Description:

We are recruiting for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to support the delivery of works within an Asset Intelligence team for a leading Tier 1 contractor. These roles sit across two key projects within high-profile environments, offering exposure to complex M&E, security, and infrastructure-related works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering critical upgrade and maintenance projects across major UK assets.

Job Responsibility:

Administration of NEC forms of contract
Full lifecycle change management
Commercial management of subcontractors
Acting as the key interface with the client, including meetings and reporting
Supporting the commercial delivery of projects within agreed budgets
Monitoring project costs, valuations, and financial performance
Collaborating with operational teams to ensure efficient project delivery
Providing regular commercial updates to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Tier 1 contractor environment
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
Experience managing subcontractors and commercial processes
Ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders
Background in infrastructure, M&E, or asset-focused projects is advantageous
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple workstreams
