Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role in a modern, forward-thinking construction consultancy that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious private clients on high-end residential projects including stunning refurbishments and bespoke new builds, often valued in the tens of millions.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing high-end residential developments from inception to completion
Taking ownership of projects
Leading flagship projects
Working with prestigious private clients

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Strong Pre and post contract experience
Comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
High-end Residential / luxury project experience
