Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role in a modern, forward-thinking construction consultancy that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious private clients on high-end residential projects including stunning refurbishments and bespoke new builds, often valued in the tens of millions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing high-end residential developments from inception to completion
  • Taking ownership of projects
  • Leading flagship projects
  • Working with prestigious private clients

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Strong Pre and post contract experience
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
  • High-end Residential / luxury project experience
