The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a London-based construction consultancy with a strong pipeline of work and an established reputation across the built environment. Working as part of a supportive Quantity Surveying team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a broad mix of residential, commercial, mixed-use and public sector schemes across London and the surrounding areas. This position would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking the lead, building trusted client relationships and seeing projects through from early cost planning to final account. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to support junior members of the team, contribute to the growth of the consultancy and progress within a collaborative, ambitious environment. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited equivalent
MRICS or currently working towards chartership
Strong background within a cost consultancy environment
Confident managing projects from start to finish
Good knowledge of both pre and post-contract duties
Comfortable liaising directly with clients and project teams
Able to mentor junior surveyors and support team development
