Employment Type: Freelance Rate: Negotiable dependant on experience Start Date: ASAP The Role: This is the perfect opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor working with a well known civils contractor, who hold an excellent reputation in the region. This role will be office based. You will be responsible for: Negotiating costs with various parties Drawing up contracts (NEC) Monthly reporting (CVR) Responsible for work package change control and management Dealing with any pricing variations Responsible for project re-measure Preparing final accounts Managing CE's
