Job Description

A client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take a leading role on prestigious projects while contributing to the continued growth of a highly regarded consultancy.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, risk management, valuations, and final accounts
  • Manage client relationships
  • Mentor junior surveyors
  • Support the delivery of exceptional service across the consultancy's project portfolio

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
  • MRICS qualified or equivalent professional status
  • Minimum of 5 years' cost consultancy experience
  • Strong pre-contract and post-contract expertise
  • Excellent cost planning and procurement knowledge
  • Experience leading projects independently
  • Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Professional, commercially aware, and driven
