Job Description:

A boutique Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a driven and personable Quantity Surveyor to become the Owner’s right-hand person and play a key role in shaping the future of the business. The firm specialises in high-end residential and commercial projects, from super-prime residential developments exceeding £100M to large-scale office fit-outs and multi-unit housing schemes.

Job Responsibility:

Managing high-profile projects
Building lasting client relationships
Taking ownership of projects
Influencing the growth of the business

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Completed a RICS accredited degree
MRICS (or close to completion)
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable working in a small team
Client facing
Employers Agent or Project Management experience desired (but not essential)
