Job Description:

An ambitious and fast-growing national cost consultancy is seeking a professional and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Cost Management team in Cambridge. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for career progression, with the option to step into a management role.

Job Responsibility:

Support senior leadership in delivering Education, Residential, and Commercial projects across Cambridgeshire and surrounding regions
Mentor junior staff
Offer APC support to aspiring professionals
Run projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

Ideally MRICS, or working towards chartership with a construction-related degree
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy / cost management environment
Proven track record of running projects from inception to completion
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Within a commutable distance of Cambridge
