Job Description:

A leading, global construction consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist high-end residential team. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within a dedicated luxury residential division, delivering some of London’s most prestigious schemes. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a highly regarded team known for handling complex, design-led developments. Job Responsibility:

Prepare detailed cost plans and feasibility studies for high-end residential projects
Manage tender processes, including documentation and analysis
Undertake cost reporting, valuations, and agreement of final accounts
Administer contracts, primarily JCT forms
Monitor project expenditure and manage variations
Provide high-level commercial advice to clients
Support and mentor junior surveyors

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or prime residential sector
Strong background delivering high-end residential projects
In-depth understanding of pre- and post-contract duties
Experience administering JCT contracts
RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS chartered or working towards
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
