Job Description:

A progressive, sustainability-focused Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Plymouth team to lead high-impact private sector projects. The role includes autonomy, leadership exposure, merit-based progression, and flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on a varied portfolio of schemes, including student accommodation, bespoke residential, and private developments
  • Support the consultancy’s expansion into education, hotels, blue light, and defence sectors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
  • Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • Client facing, ambitious, confident
  • Able to commute to Plymouth 2-3 days per week
