We need a commercial heavyweight who understands that in luxury development, the 'standard' isn't good enough.

Job Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end costs for high-spec residential packages
Lead sub-contractor selection, ensuring we partner only with the best
Spot the pitfalls before they happen and drive value without compromising the 'high-end' finish
Deliver sharp, accurate CVRs to the Commercial Manager

Requirements:

A proven track record in High-End Residential is essential
Currently an SQS or a heavy-hitting QS ready to step up with management experience
Based on-site in South West London
Sharp, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
