Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role in a well-established Construction & Property Consultancy with projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Commercial sectors. Opportunity to lead high-profile projects and progress to Associate level.

Job Responsibility:

Take full ownership of major projects across London and South East
Manage project delivery
Mentor junior surveyors
Help drive strategic growth
Help win new work
Contribute to internal development
Play key part in company's London growth plans

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
MRICS
Significant Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Strong pre- and post-contract cost management expertise
Proven track record in managing projects independently
Ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames
