Job Description:

An award-winning, design-conscious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a confident and career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Sevenoaks office. This forward-thinking firm is known for delivering high-quality, commercially astute advice across a broad range of sectors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors including prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, and local authority developments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mentor and support APC candidates
  • Deliver a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Lead projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors including prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, and local authority developments

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or similar
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Strong communication and client facing skills
