Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher to join a team of mixed methods researchers in our Research & Insights team. You will partner with other teams and across the company to drive efficient, insights informed decision making, identifying critical opportunities for improving the customer and user experience for our key products and delivering business success.

Job Responsibility:

Drive high priority product research, balancing speed and quality of quantitative research execution as part of a strategic, mixed methods research practice
partner with product managers, design, data science, brand, engineering and other teams to define the research roadmap, conduct end to end research studies, and deliver key insights that move the business forward
communicate research insights in credible, creative ways to help teams understand the needs of our customers and make data-informed product and design decisions
connect UX insights with other strategic product research programs
contribute to thought leadership in quantitative UX and mixed methods research practices.

Requirements:

5+ years experience designing and conducting quantitative UX research in complex and/or enterprise level software environments
expertise in applying advanced quantitative (and some qualitative) research and analysis methods to business problems, including segmentation, driver analysis and discrete choice modelling
proficiency in survey program design and execution, with a track record of impacting both product direction and experience design
compelling storytelling skills and experience driving engagement with insights and analyses
experience building trusted advisor relationships with business leaders.
