Job Description

The Senior Quality Training Administrator is responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing the quality training programs within Kenosha site. This role involves ensuring all employees are well-versed in the company’s quality standards, procedures, and best practices. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of quality systems, extensive experience in training and development, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that drive continuous improvement. The Sr. Quality Training Administrator will have extensive experience in quality administration, excellent attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement quality related training programs tailored to various departments, including new hire orientation, refresher courses, and specialize training sessions
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training initiatives
  • Lead training sessions, ensuring that content is relevant and effectively delivered
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and employee certifications
  • Maintain internal audits, insuring compliance with ISO, industry regulations, and customer-specific standards
  • Ensure that all training programs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems
  • Manage certification and recertification for IPC-A-610 certification training and solder training, including rework/repair of PCBAs
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Two year Technical or Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing – Bachelor’s degree preferred or equal experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in quality training
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills required
  • Proven demonstrated ability to deliver effective training programs
  • Through Hole and SMT Hand Soldering experience required
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry regulations
  • Proficient computer skill in Microsoft Office and Google Docs a plus
  • Must have cloud management / retrieval experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
  • Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility)
