This role is for our Region 3 area ( Yorkshire, Midlands and South of England ) so candidate can be based anywhere in within and around these regions. Job Responsibility:
Contributing to the development and execution of the business strategy for the complex care business unit
Developing and implementing a robust quality assurance and risk management framework specific to complex care services
Leading and managing transformation initiatives, applying best practices and sector innovation to the development of new services
Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, guidance, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice
Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence to ensure high standards of care and outstanding outcomes for the people we support
Leading, developing, and motivating your team to create a high-performing group that meets local objectives
Requirements:
Professional Qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, or equivalent
Level 5 QCF Diploma in Adult Care (leadership and management within a health and social care setting)
At least 3 years of experience working within a health and social care setting, preferably in a Quality/Compliance role
Extensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations
Proven experience of conducting audit and compliance inspections
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Experience of providing training to individuals and teams
Ability to lead teams, manage individual performance, and drive continuous improvement
Skilled at influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders
Excellent written, oral, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to respond to sudden and unexpected demands with effective solutions
Highly self-motivated, innovative thinker, collaborative, and able to cope with rapid and sustained change
