Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for manual testing
Design and execute detailed test cases to identify defects and ensure software functionality
Document and track defects, collaborating with developers throughout the development lifecycle
Foster effective communication with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Take ownership of projects from technical design to successful launch
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance
Demonstrated proficiency in test planning, execution, and maintenance of clear and effective test documentation
Solid understanding and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
At least 2 years working experience with API testing using: Postman and Swagger
Good knowledge of databases and SQL, with experience executing complex data validation and interacting with databases for comprehensive backend testing
Effective use of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Exceptional English communication skills with team members, stakeholders, and customers
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Nice to have:
Expertise in security testing practices, with knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and experience using tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Fortify) to conduct security testing and risk assessment
Experience in performance and load testing, indicating the capability to assess system behavior under peak loads and identify potential bottlenecks
