We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in ensuring product quality across multiple projects. In this role, you will take ownership of test planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating closely with Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders. You will apply your expertise in both manual and automated testing to identify issues early, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, influence quality practices, and mentor junior QA team members.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures
Participate in software planning and design activities to ensure quality requirements are met
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and conformance to business requirements
Identify defects and work with the development team to resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software application testing is integrated and effective
Lead and participate in continuous process improvement efforts to increase the quality and efficiency of testing processes
Manage and maintain the testing environment and testing data
Participate in training and mentoring for other members of the team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software testing
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and release management processes
Have experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar
Knowledge of performance testing (e.g., JMeter) and security testing is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures
Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
Good English communication
