Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures
• Participate in software planning and design activities to ensure quality requirements are met
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and conformance to business requirements
• Identify defects and work with the development team to resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software application testing is integrated and effective
• Lead and participate in continuous process improvement efforts to increase the quality and efficiency of testing processes
• Manage and maintain the testing environment and testing data
• Participate in training and mentoring for other members of the team

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and release management processes
• Have experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar
• Knowledge of performance testing (e.g., JMeter) and security testing is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures
• Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Good English communication
