Job Description:

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst role in Commercial Banking Operations division at Wells Fargo, performing advanced quality assurance activities and comprehensive reviews of executive office transactions to support federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibility:

Utilize practices to perform advanced quality assurance and self-assurance activities including comprehensive reviews of multiple types of executive office transactions and case review quality assurance activities
Perform advanced, comprehensive regulatory or high-risk reviews of multiple types of executive resolution transactions and case reviews within multiple inventory types
Identify risk and problem areas and recommend improvement
Evaluate case intake, distribution, research, communication and resolution
Ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards and agency or government regulations
Ensure identified risks or problems are clearly documented and interact with appropriate parties for timely resolution
Perform second-level reviews
Mentor less experienced colleagues and assist with their development
Ensure corrective action on exceptions and problems identified
Provide guidance to teams regarding documentation and resolution requirements
Communicate overall process or transaction quality
Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies

Requirements:

4+ years of Quality Assurance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
System knowledge in Loan IQ, AFS, FRED, RELMS, nCino, CBOSS, SharePoint, reporting, training, Excel, review and interpretation of complex legal documentation
Product knowledge in Corporate Real Estate [CRE], Syndications (Agency), International
Ability to interact with integrity and high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation
Ability to recognize service possibilities that will increase customer satisfaction
Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to apply knowledge of processes and systems to accomplish tasks
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to listen, understand, respond, and build relationships across the organization
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
